dead shark

*There is a scene in Woody Allen's Annie Hall when, on a plane back from a disastrous trip to Los Angeles, Allen's character Alvi and the film’s namesake are forced to concede that their relationship is over and Alvi explains: “I think relationships are like sharks, y’know they have to keep moving forwards or they die… and I think what we have on our hands here is a dead shark.”

my relationship with k is a dead shark... T_T

i think i knew it deep down... i just thot we could keep on working at it...

but we know it was really no use, to keep working at something that is dead...

i want to hold on to it so badly, deceiving myself that i could,

but i know i can't, and you won't let me.

i could beg and you could plead...

not to let this end this way.
